The End Of An Era 🍃

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2024. As with every new chapter, there must always be an end left behind before the fresh chapter begins.

If you’re reading this post, you probably discovered my YouTube channel while searching for tips and advice for UK international students. If you eventually travelled for Uni, I’m so proud of you! If any of my videos were helpful, then I’m truly honoured. I am just a girl from Enugu, Nigeria, with a camera and an understanding of what you went through because I was once in your shoes.

However, in this New Year, I’ve made the decision to start afresh…

In my opinion, I believe that I have delivered valuable content over the years to the best of my ability. Any additional information I might wish to include would likely be a repetition of what I have already done or information readily available on HMRC’s website (the UK visa office). Closing a chapter is always painful and this one especially was not an easy decision. My content has been evergreen (i.e. it is still generating revenue even 2 years later!). Therefore, letting it go was not only a tough emotional decision but also a tough financial one.

Moving forward, I will continue to deliver valuable and entertaining content to the best of my ability, hoping to serve you in a much better way. I have unlisted the “UK International Student Guide” playlist on YouTube. This means that if you have a link to it or any of the videos it contains, you can still watch them on YouTube. However, if you visit my channel directly, it won’t be visible. The playlist features all my videos offering tips and advice for prospective and current international students in the UK, as well as recent graduates navigating life in the UK. I never want to leave you guys stranded so in case anyone ever needs them or wants information from them, they are there for you!

I hope you’ll stick with me during this new phase on YouTube. Let’s grow together in this new chapter of my life, and may your support and love for me be as strong as mine for you!
