The makeup fair Enugu

Hey guys it’s your girl again and today I’m writing a review on the past makeup fair that took place in my city (yass girl my city lol) on the 16th of September 2017. This is especially exciting for me because it was my first real event as an official blogger and to be honest I think I got too excited and forgot to take enough pictures but regardless I’d still post a review so… lego.

The event took place at Oakland (the park view) hotel. It started at about 10am although I got there pretty late as per usual at about 2:45pm. My first thought when I got there was; “this place is so full” and believe me I wasn’t complaining at all because I honestly understood. Okay let me explain that, Enugu is a really small city and as a result we don’t have a lot of fancy events unlike cities like Lagos or Abuja that always have occasions so it’s no surprise if the turn outs are much. On getting into the building there were a lot of makeup stands mostly from brands and also from other makeup vendors. Brands like

Tara
Elsas pro
Nuban beauty
Milani

Were present. Well known photography studios and photographers were also in attendance including

Hometouch studios
Majik photography etc

And of course top notch Enugu Muas were in attendance in the likes of

There were also stands that sold jewellery, weaves and lashes. How ever the stand that captured my attention was the suya stand cos y’all know I’m always there for the food 👌🏾. They had a really fancy barbecue section where they sold grilled fish, turkey and chips with vegetables ( S/O to my diet people out there). There was also a mini runway show there for makeup artists to show their work. I left at about 4:30pm because I had somewhere to be but a good friend told me that they had other exciting things like danceoffs, makeup giveaways and so on.
